[15:49] We are currently experiencing hardware problems on the main server. Logins have been disabled for the moment until the problem is resolved.

Thank you for your understanding.

[20:27] We are still working on the file system. We hope to be able to re-open the service again before midnight (CEST).

[0:31] We are still experiencing file system problems. Logins to Workspace have to remain disabled until the problem is resolved. At the moment, we can not estimate how long this will take.

Hardware Upgrade

SWISS-MODEL server will be migrated to new and more powerful hardware within the coming weeks. We will try to organize the migration with as little interruptions of the service as possible. The move will include a downtime of about 24 hours over a weekend.

Update:
The migration to the new hardware is scheduled for the weekend May 22/23. During this time, the server will be off-line for some hours while we migrate all user data to the new system. After the server is back, you will have access to the data in your workspace accounts as before.
