[Friday June 6, 10 am CEST] We are currently experiencing technical problems on SWISS-MODEL Workspace. Some of the user accounts appear inaccessible. I have closed access to the workspace while we are working to identify the cause of the problem. We will inform you here as soon as we know more and can estimate how long it will take to resolve the issues.
[Friday June 6, 7 pm CEST] We have started the restore procedure from back-up. If tests over the weekend are successful we expect to be operational again by Monday morning [CEST].
[Sat June 6, 7 pm CEST] Restore from backup is now complete. Unfortunately, no work units could be processed on June 6 and 7. We hope the server is now back to normal operation.
